I worked for many years as software developer and head of software development teams in the industry.
Now I have time and energy to follow my scientific interests, especially in biology and computer sciences.
Besides my scientific projects, I am engaged in projects to protect the environment.

Modelling how the collective behavior of ant colonies is affected by pheromones, memory , motivation and error rates.
Upcoming projects
A multi-purpose computer model of ant behavior to test the effects of specific behavioral rules on colony-level collective behavior.
